How do I sign up / log in and get access to your models?
To sign up / log in on Mirror Studio, simply go to studio.yourmirror.io and click on the "Log In" button. You'll be asked to enter your credentials, or create new ones if you don't have an account yet. If it's your first time, you'll need to click on the "Sign up" button below the login form. After signing up, you'll receive an email requiring you to confirm your address. Click on the link provided, and you'll be automatically logged in.
What do your tools do?
To put it simply, most of our models and tools generate clothes and accessories on people. Be it real people, generated talents, or CGI, we custom trained our models to be able to generate real-looking clothes on your assets. We also offer a number of other tools that allow users to upscale images, generate talents, and more.
Are your tools free?
To add a video to your site, click the “Insert” button and navigate to the “Media” section. Then, drag and drop a video component onto the Canvas. Every account is assigned 10 free credits upon creation, with which you can test all the models on the Mirror Studio platform.
How can I buy more credits?
You can buy more Credits by clicking on the Credits button on the left navigation bar, and selecting a number of Credit packages. Every Credits package costs $7.99 and contains 50 Credits.
How are Credits payments processed?
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. You can either purchase as an individual or as a business by providing your company details.
How are API payments processed?
API payments are securely processed automatically every billing cycle through Stripe. By signing up for API usage, the first billing cycle is initiated, and lasts 30 days. Every billing cycle, users are billed for their API usage, and a new billing cycle is initiated. API usage can be processed as an individual or as a business by providing your company details.
How can I access the APIs?
APIs are accessible through the API button on the left navigation bar. If it's your first time accessing APIs, you will need to provide a valid credit card in order to generate your first API key. After accessing the APIs, you can generate up to 5 keys per account.
How much do API calls cost?
API calls start at $0.05 per call, and depending on the model used they can cost more. Please refer to the API Docs for up to date pricing. As a general rule of thumb, API prices are equivalent to Credits pricing, where 1 Credit = $0.05 for API calls. e.g.: if a generation through the Front End costs 1 Credit, the API call for the same model will cost $0.05 per API call; if a generation through the Front End costs 2 Credits, the API call for the same model will cost $0.10 per API call, etc.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts if you plan to use high enough volumes of API calls. Contact us to know more about the discounts we offer at hello@yourmirror.io. Depending on the volume you can expect to maintain, we can offer various discount tiers.
How is API usage tracked?
Each account is tracked for total API usage through a billing cycle throughout all API keys. If you need to track and be invoiced differently, you can create multiple accounts.
How can I implement API calls in my website / custom pipeline / automated process?
We do offer thorough documentation in the API Docs, but as a quick overview API calls are a simple request to our endpoints. It can be as simple as integrating a cURL request with a json body, which can be automated via simple scripts.
Do I need to purchase Credits to use APIs?
No, you don't need Credits to use APIs. APIs are tracked separately from Credits.
Are you using NanoBanana under the hood?
No. But we're happy you thought we were, since we're a small company and definitely don't have Google's firepower. While NanoBanana and other models are definitely great, we believe generalist models cannot be as good as specialist models. We use our own custom trained models and datasets, and host them through our own infrastructure stack. Our models are extremely stupid at doing anything but the thing they've been trained for. Try asking our models to do anything but fashion or talents and you'll see how bad they really are at anything else.
I want to create a campaign. Can you generate the visuals for us?
While we don't generally work as an Agency, you can contact us at hello@yourmirror.io and we will decide on a case by case basis. We do offer custom models training. Contact us at hello@yourmirror.io to ask about how we can train them and deploy them privately.
I want to self-host your models. Do you provide on-premises solutions?
While we don't usually provide on-prem solutions, we can provide self-hosting under extremely specific circumstances. If you foresee exceedingly high volumes, you can contact us at hello@yourmirror.io for more information. We can absolutely provide private queues, endpoints, and more.
